Art galleries are the conduit between the art enthusiast and and the artist. It is a difficult and expensive profession and one that is not well understood or appreciated. ArtPulse.TV will be looking into the heart of the world of the art dealer, finding out what motivates them, what challenges them, why they do it, and how they feel about their place in the wider fabric of our culture. We will be looking for dealers and galleries who see their role as a social responsibility and a privilege as much as a business, who represent art of their region with the same respect and care as art of other regions, and who believe in cultivating collector interest in the art of their time.
